Swimming Club Practice 1.2 Km /0h50

It went very well, I was surprised at how strong I felt since I had not swam in a week and a half. I enjoyed the variety of drills and as always, I can feel the difference in my stroke afterwards.
I felt relaxed coming out of the pool, and I could feel some fatigue, but not much.

Speed (Average) : 1.5 Km/h

Very well, finished in under an hour. Felt strong, and finally getting better at flutterboard touches. I cannot wait till my stroke is faster.
