Long Long run, it went really well, felt great throughout the whole run. Boosted my confidence about running the half and that I can do it. Hip and tummy were a little sore but got through it ok.

A very windy windy run, made it so much harder to run. Ran up Mt Albert, around it three times and then ran the streets of Mt Albert and Kingsland. Was dyeing for a glass of water my whole run.

Our run today was good ran around park 3 times. Longest run Adam has done, 6k very proud of him! New shoes were great had a new spring in my step, thanks mum :)
